Seth D. Beattie

Program Manager

Seth D. Beattie joined CPAC as Program Associate in May 2005. He is responsible for specified implementation of CPAC’s programs and services, including assisting with the organization’s capacity building programs, as well as research and public policy.  He has managed the Artist as an Entrepreneur Institute and worked with the Culture ADD program.  He also managed the release of the Northeast Ohio Arts and Culture Plan Assessment and is currently working with local community development groups to increase the availability of artist home ownership programs.  While pursuing an advanced degree in public administration, Mr. Beattie was a graduate assistant in workforce development and global urban development at the Levin College of Urban Affairs.  Beattie received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Franklin College of Indiana.  He went on to receive a Master of Public Administration from the Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University.
