Audience Matters

This one-day workshop on June 6th, 2011, was designed to inspire innovation. Opening keynote, Richard Evans, spoke about implementing an innovation strategy in your organization. Charlie Miller, Sarah Lutman and Renee Baldocchi offered their stories as case studies. Closing Keynote, Andy Goodman gave a truly interactive presentation about how to use story-telling to make a lasting impact on your audiences.

CultureADD

Business challenges affect all nonprofit organizations.  CPAC understands that and has created a process to overcome them and help your organization flourish.  CultureADD (Assess, Diagnose, Develop) is an online assessment tool to help improve arts and culture nonprofits' operations. Through CultureADD, you can analyze your organization’s strengths and weaknesses, identify root causes and gain access to resources to help build up challenge areas.  Signing up is easy. If you are a nonprofit arts and culture organization that has been in existence for four years and have a budget of $5 million or less, go to the to cultureadd.org and follow the steps to gain complete access to CultureADD.  In no time, you’ll be on your way to a stronger organization.
